Report Description: 

The Asset PO History report allows users to view the history of POs being received to Asset records in MVP One.

 

 

Report Fields:

• Asset ID
• Class
• Description
• Invoiced Total
• Ordered Date
• Part ID
• PO ID
• Quantity
• Receive To ID
• Received Date
• Shipping
• Tax Cost
• Total
• Unit Cost
• Vendor ID

 

The "Edit Filter" option will allow users to further filter the report's results using a search filter. Reference this article to learn how to create and save search filters.

 

 

Example Reports:

• The Asset PO History report allows users to view all of the POs that have been received to Asset records.
• This report can be used to verify purchase history and find a specific PO if needed.

 

How to Set Up Report:

1. Select the Asset PO History template.
2. Select the fields to include in the report by selecting them in Columns. 
3. Use the Edit Filter option to further specify the report results. 
4. Select Save and Run.
