This article can be used as a general guide for the most commonly used and useful reports that MVP provides in My Reports. More information on these reports can be found in their specific report article. 

Information on the report templates in the Reporting> Reports section is also provided. These reports can be customized as needed to pull the information that Users are looking for. 

 

My Reports

 

Accounting

• Budget Details
  • This report will show what expenses have been accrued per Account over a specific Date Range.  

Administration

• Adoption Summary
  • This report shows how deeply MVP has been "adopted" by your company. This is shown by comparing the number of records created in the past year for several key categories.
• User Logins
  
  • This report can be used to see how often Users have logged in to MVP over a specific period of time. 

Assets

• PM Completion Percentage
  • This report can be used to show what percentage of PMs are completed for individual Assets over a certain period of time. 
• Asset List
  • This report serves as a list of all Assets that have been created in the system. It can then be filtered as necessary to find specific assets matching your criteria. 

Export/Import

• We recommend using the Export Reports in the Report Designer in order to export data to be used in the Import Wizard. 

Inventory

• Inventory Value by Date
  
  • This report provides information on the On Hand Value of Parts in MVP. This information is further broken down by the specific Warehouse where the parts are located. 
• Part Usage by Asset
  • This report shows which Parts have been used in Work Orders for specific Assets. 
• Parts by Stock Locations with Costs
  • This report provides a list of all Parts along with their linked Warehouse and Stock location. Information on their Quantity and Unit Cost are also included. 
• Replenishment
  • This report provides a list of all Parts along with any Replenishment information that has been added to the Part record. 
• Stock Movement
  • This report provides information on all of the Part Transfers, Checkouts, and Receipts that have been performed over a certain period of time.
• Part List
  • This report provides a comprehensive list of all Parts in MVP and can be filtered in a number of different ways. 

People

• Average Response Time
  • This report will show the Average Response Time for MVP Users by calculating the difference between their Work Order's Scheduled Start Date and their Actual Start Date. 
• Employee Productivity
  • This reports shows the overall productivity of MVP Users by showing a detailed view of their Labor Hours. 

Purchasing

• Overdue POs
  • This report shows a list of Overdue Purchase Orders based on their Promised Date. 
• PO Receipts
  • This report shows a list of all receipts made to Purchase Orders over a certain period of time. 
• PO List
  • This report shows a list of all Purchase Orders in the system and can be filtered in a number of different ways.

Work

• Backlog
  • This report can be used to show a list of all Open Work Orders or a list of Work Orders that are past their due date. 
• Projection
  • This report shows the future Work Orders that are scheduled to be generated from PMs. 
• Summary
  • This report provides a concise summary of Work Order and PM statistics.
• Work Costs
  • This report provides a breakdown of Part and Labor costs organized by Work Order.
• WO List
  • This report shows a list of all Work Orders in the system and can be filtered in a number of different ways.

Exports

• The Reporting section provides a number of different Export Reports. These can be used in conjunction with the Import Wizard to modify information in MVP. These Export reports will also include Custom Fields, which are not included in the Export Reports found in My Reports. 

WO List

• This report shows a list of all Work Orders in the system and can be filtered in a number of different ways.

Parts by Stock Location

• This report provides a list of all Parts along with their linked Warehouse and Stock location.

Part Transactions

• This reports provides a list of all Part Transactions and can be filtered in a number of different ways.

PO List

• This report provides a list of all Purchase Orders in the system and can be filtered in a number of different ways.
