Purchase Order List Report

This article will give a brief description of the Purchase Order List report and list the fields included in the report.

The PO List Report details basic information about POs including summed costs from the line items.

This report can be found under My Reports> Purchasing> Lists> Purchase Orders.

The report has the following parameter(s):

Title	The value entered will be displayed at the top of the report.
Footer	The value entered will be displayed at the bottom of the report.
Columns	The values checked will display those columns when the report is generated.
Range	The value chosen will be used for the date range, or "Use Dates" will use the Start and End Dates.
Start Date	The value entered will be the start of the date range when using "Use Dates".
End Date	The value entered will be the end of the date range when using "Use Dates".
Date Filter	The report will return results in which the chosen date field is between the start and end dates.
State	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Status	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Include Details?	When set to True certain line item information will be displayed.
PO Type	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Vendor ID	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Group By	The report will group the results based on the field chosen here.
Ship Via	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
BlanketPO	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Minimum Cost	The report will return results where the PO has a total value of at least the Minimum Cost.
Hide PO Totals	When set to True individual PO totals will not be displayed, only a grand total.
Created By	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Payment Terms	The report will return results matching the chosen value(s) here.
Show Logo?	When set to Yes the company logo (from the Purchasing Settings) will be displayed.
Report Type	This option allows users to choose to display a graph, the table results, or both.
