The PR History can be accessed by selecting Purchasing and then PR History. This section of MVP One will display a list of all Purchase Requests that have been Completed and generated into Purchase Orders, or Purchase Requests that have been Declined.

Therefore to move a PR record to PR History it must be either Completed or Declined.
