This can be accomplished by setting up a group email or "distribution list" in your email client. Once this group has been set up, the new email address can be applied to a single People record in MVP One. Then when alerts and other emails are sent to this user, they will be sent to all users within the group. How to Create a Contact Group in Outlook 1.Navigate to the Home tab of Outlook. 2. Select "New Group." 3. In the "Name" field enter the name of the contact group. 4. In the "Email" field enter the new email address for this group. 5. Select "Create." 6. Search for individuals within your organization to add to the Group. 7. Select Add Members when all users have been added. 8. Select Save. Viewing Group Emails Emails sent to the Contact Group will not be sent to your usual email inbox. They must be viewed under the Groups subsection of Outlook. This section can be found on the lefthand side of Outlook under the Inbox tab. Select the Groups dropdown and select the Contact Group name.
