Manage Mobile Licenses on Enterprise

Enterprise customers can reserve specific numbers of Mobile CMMS licenses for certain sites, or give sites access to the pool of unreserved licenses.

To manage Mobile CMMS Licenses on Enterprise do the following when logged in as an admin user:
  1. Log into Enterprise site.
  2. Select Administration.
  3. Select Licenses.
  4. Select the Mobile CMMS section.

From here you can review the "Available" and "Used" licenses, reserve licenses to specific sites, or provide access to the unreserved pool of licenses.
To reserve a number of licenses for a particular site do the following:
  1. Find the row for the site you want to reserve licenses to.
  2. Enter a number in the Reserved field.
  3. Select Save.
To provide access to the unreserved pool of licenses do the following:
  1. Find the row for the site you want to provide access to the unreserved pool of licenses to.
  2. Check the box for "Access to Unreserved".
  3. Select Save.
