  • The following recommendations apply if the on-premises version of MVP Plant is implemented in a virtualized enviroment.
    • 0 - 50 Concurrent Users
      • 4 Cores
      • 2.5 - 3 GHz
      • 8 GB RAM
      • 10 GB Hard Drive
    • 50 - 150 Concurrent Users 
      • 6 Cores
      • 2.5 - 3 GHz
      • 12 GB RAM
      • 30 GB Hard Drive
    • 150 - 300 Concurrent Users
      • 8 Cores
      • 2.5 - 3 Ghz
      • 16 GB RAM
      • 50 GB Hard Drive
  • You should take the greater number of the recommended number above or 10GB per site. For example, if you have 10 sites, our recommendation is 100GB. If configured appropriately, each VM server should be able to support a maximum of 300 concurrent users. 
  • If any of the following apply, you may also want to consider an even bigger hard drive disk space:
    • Upload larger attachments.
    • Use a lot of attachments on Instructions, PMs, PdMs, etc that get copied over to Work Orders.
    • Both of the Above.
  • Please keep in mind these hard drive requirements do not include the Windows Server hard drive requirements. Windows Server recommends 40GB of hard drive space to run.
