If the Import Wizard imports only a certain number of records on the import sheet, it can be the result of an ID column that contains mixed-format records.

 

Take the following Part ID import segment for example:

  9. ABC123

  11. 6BUH513
In the above example, it is likely only records 1 - 8 will Import. To correct this issue either break up the Import into two pieces representing the groups of ID formats or try formatting the entire ID column as Text rather than the General data type, which is the default.
 
Additionally, if a row contains a blank ID field, the Import Wizard will stop processing on that row, although no error will be thrown.
