When a Work Request (WR) is Declined it is moved into Work Order (WO) History. To find these Work Requests in the WO History page, look for any record that has a Status of Declined.

 

To find the work orders page, do the following:
  1. Click on Work (from the top menu bar).
  2. Click on Work Order History.
