Estimated Part and Labor Costs can be added to a PM so that they carry over to the Work Orders and so that users can determine the necessary requirements to complete a PM.

 

To add Part and Labor Costs to a PM Template use the following steps:
  1. Select Work (from the top menu bar).
  2. Select PMs.
  3. Go to the desired PM.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the Costs tab.
  6. Add Parts or Labor by selecting the respective Add buttons.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Select Save.

If the information on the PM Costs, such as the stock location of a Part, is incorrect, that Cost will not appear on the Work Order.
