This article explains how to sync down Roles from the Enterprise site down to local sites. This will only be available to Enterprise Admins.

Roles can be synced from the Enterprise site down to local sites. In order to do so, you must have administrator access to the Enterprise site.

Use the following steps:

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Select Roles.
  3. Select a Role, or create and save a new one.
  4. Select Action
  5. Copy Role to Plants.
  6. Selects Plants to copy role to.
  7. Select OK.

Note that once Roles are synced to local sites those local sites cannot edit that role unless the role is deleted from the Enterprise site. Once deleted from the Enterprise Site the link between Enterprise and local sites is permanently deleted, the link cannot be recreated.
