MVP Admins can edit existing Users by accessing the Users page under Administration> Users.

Editing Users:

Edit an existing user by selecting them and using the Edit button in the top right. When editing a User any of the User fields can be changed, except for the User Type and People ID.

A User's role can be edited by giving them a new Role by selecting Add, or by removing a Role using the red X button next to their existing role.

Batch Edit:

The Batch Edit function can be used to change multiple User's information at once. Please note that this permission must first be enabled in a User's role.  Select multiple Users by selecting the checkboxes next to their Username on the left hand side of the screen.

Multiple fields can then be edited by hovering over one of the fields and double-clicking it once the pencil icon appears. The following User fields can be edited using Batch Edit:

• Asset List ID
• Report List ID
• Part List ID
• Session Timeout
• Locked Out

Actions:

Select an individual User record and select the Action button to open the User Action Menu.

Change Password:  Use this action to change a User's password.

Lock or Unlock: Use this action to either Lock Out a User or unlock a Locked Out User. Locked out Users will be unable to login to MVP.
