Similar to Parts, and Work Orders, the automatically generated ID format for Work Groups can be adjusted by the local administrator. 

In order to adjust the automatically generated ID for the next Work Group (WG) use the following steps when logged in as an Admin user:

1. Under "Auto Generate WG ID" 
   
   1. Choosing "Yes" will give the next number in line that is set up in step. 
   2. Choosing "Yes (Editable)" gives you the next number in line that you set up, but allows you to change it if you when creating the WG.
2. Select Administration.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Work.
5. Under the "Next WG ID" section, type in how you want your Work Group (WG) numbers to look. (e.g. WG15-0000001).
6. Select Save.
