First Edit and Inactivate the original Requestor ID: Log out the User.Select People.Select Requestor.Navigate to Requestor.Select Edit.Update Requestor ID (for example UserID-OLD).Remove email address.Select Save.Select Inactivate. Next create a new Maintenance ID: Select People.Select Maintenance.Select New.Create a new User using the original Requestor ID.Save.
