If a Maintenance User was created, but the employee now needs to be set up as a Requestor, this can be accomplished by adjusting the Maintenance User and creating a new Requestor User.

To change a Maintenance User to a Requestor User you must first edit and inactivate the current User:

Log out the User
Select People.
Select Maintenance.
Select the User.
Select Edit.
Update the Maintenance ID. (For example: "UserID-OLD."

You can then create a new Requestor user using the original User ID:

Select People.
Select Requestor.
Select New.
Create a new User using the original ID.
Select Save when done.

Finally you can then create a new User ID:

Select Administration.
Select Users.
Select New.
Use the new Requestor User Type.
Use the newly created People ID.
