In this instance the first troubleshooting step to try is the following (this may require local administrator privileges on your computer): Click on Start Menu.Search for Internet Options.Open Internet Options.Select the Security Tab.Select Trusted Sites.Select the Sites button.Enter *.mvpplant.com into the "Add this website to the zone:" text box.Select Add.Select Close.Select Ok.Close browser.Re-open browser.Return to MVP.Attempt template download again. Alternatively, the Import Wizard template may appear blank if using Internet Explorer and choosing the "Open" option when downloading. Instead, use the "Save" option and then open the file normally and find it in its saved location.
