When multiple Users will be responsible for a Work Order, you can add them as Estimated Labor. This is particularly useful when using the Mobile CMMS application as these WOs will be contained within the default Assigned to Me Filter.

To add multiple Users as Estimated Labor on a Work Order, use one of the following sets of steps:
  1. Select Work.
  2. Select Work Orders.
  3. Navigate to the desired Work Order.
  4. Select Action.
  5. Select Add Estimated Labor.
  6. Enter the required information.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 as necessary.

 

Estimated Labor can also be added using the following steps:
  1. Select Work (from the side menu bar).
  2. Select Work Orders.
  3. Navigate to the desired Work Order.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the Costs tab.
  6. Select the green plus symbol next to, "Add Est. Hours."
  7. Enter required information.
  8. Select OK.
  9. Repeat steps 6-8 as necessary.
