Users must have an email listed on their People record in order to receive email Alerts. 
 
Use the following steps to ensure People records are set up correctly: 
  1. Select People (from the side menu bar).
  2. Select the appropriate People type (Maintenance, Requestor, etc).
  3. Search for the People record you wish to send Alerts to.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Enter their email address in the "Email" section of the General tab.
  6. Select Save when done.
