The Aging Report is designed to show users how many open Work Orders they have of a certain "age." The age is measured in number of days.

This report can be found under My Reports> Work> Aging Report.

The process that is used to determine the Work Order's age is as follows:

• The difference in days between Date Field A and Date Field B is displayed as the Age value.
• Date Field A=Scheduled Start Date (Or Request Date if the Scheduled Start is Blank).
• Date Field B=Actual Start Date (Or Today's Date if the Actual Start Date is Blank).
