Comments allow users to add time-stamped notes to a Work Order that can be used for reference later by other Users.

Use the following steps to add a Comment to a Work Order:

Add comments via the Action button:

  1. Select Work.
  2. Select Work Orders.
  3. Find a relevant Work Order. 
  4. Select Action > Add Actual > Comment. 
  5. Enter Comment text.
  6. Select OK. 

Add comments by editing the Work Order:

  1. Select Work.
  2. Work Orders.
  3. Select a Work Order
  4. Press Edit.
  5. Scroll down to Comments.
  6. Press the +Add button to add a comment.
